lg dlite gd570 usb bt bluetooth copy error disconnect fail

summary: If you are erroring out when you try copying large files to your LG dLite, try a different microSD card
I have traced one of the causes of difficulty I am having copying large files from laptop, using usb cable or bluetooth, to LG dLite GD570 phone. The phone's sd card which appears as a USB drive keeps disconnecting after less than 20MB of data are transferred. The source of the problem seems to be an old Kingston 2gb microSD. I can read files from the phone with no problem, writing is no problem if the Kingston card is physically inserted into the laptop's SD card slot, but writing large files fails when phone is connected via usb cable or bt. It might be a insufficient power issue causing write failure on Kingston. So it is also the Kingston 2GB microSD card at issue, since when I swapped out the Kingston for a 4GB Sandisk microSD card, I am able to achieve write speed in excess of 10MB/s and stay connected on 140 kB/s bluetooth long enough to transfer a 119 MB video.
