tip: Relocate taskbar to right on widescreen

A tip to improve screen usage.

New computer screens are widescreen, the extra width is more useful for playing widescreen videos than for more common day-to-day activity of reading web pages and editing. So I thought, why not also use the extra width for something else taking up screen real estate? The task bar.

Using taskbar auto-hide annoys me with its animation and unreliability (sometimes just stops working and won't appear). And in always on mode, it wastes useful screen real estate at the bottom. So I think the best solution is to drag task bar to the right taking advantage of excess wide-screen width, freeing up vertical space.
